I went to the Shakespeare festival with the little woman this summer and despite the awful acting and horrific story I actually had a good time. We packed a picnic with white wine chicken, bottle of red wine for obvious ironic reasons, cole slaw and all manner of other picnic amenities. Her friend even brought what I now know to be an Arnold Palmer. Leave it to a guy who walks around on a golf course all day to be the one to think of mixing two drinks in one. Fuel economy improvements highlight the new Santa Fe
With fluctuating gas prices and talk of global warming, it seems that everybody is going green these days, and Hyundai is no exception. So green, in fact, that one year ago they vowed to become the leading manufacturer in fuel economy, and lo and behold, Hyundai is now the most fuel-efficient automaker in America, passing traditional leaders like Honda and Toyota. That’s right. According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Hyundai cars, available at your Kansas City new car dealer, averaged 30.1 miles per gallon for the 2009 model year.
